Do you want to know how to live a committed life?

Do you want to improve the quality of your life?

In working with clients, I’ve come to realize that people are afraid of commitment. People are afraid to go all in for a goal or a dream. They are afraid that they will fail and that things will fall apart. People want guarantees that when they chase after a dream, the outcome will be how they envisioned it.

But, that’s not how life works.

 You will reap what you sow, but only God knows the future. Therefore, only God can guarantee the exact outcome. People who have chased after their dreams will tell you that you should focus on enjoying the journey rather than focusing only on the destination.

What is abundant living for you?

As I mentioned at the beginning of 2020, I wanted to change up the content on the blog as I wanted to focus more on holistic health. I believe that when you are nourishing yourself in all areas of your life, your health feels like its at its prime.

When you are taking the time to truly nourish yourself mentally, emotionally, spiritually, you begin to gain a deeper glimpse of who you truly are.

Additionally, I am in my own abundant living journey and I look forward to sharing principles, skills, and practices to help you live out your own abundance.

So, to start off this topic – 5 Reasons to Journal, let us first take the time to define journaling.

 

What is journaling?

Journaling is the process of recording one’s feelings, thoughts, and experiences.

Journals offer a way to track our progress, maturity, and growth through self-awareness, relationships, developmental stages, and life transitions. If done with true honesty and openness, journaling can help us uncover hidden truths, traumas, and beliefs that have unconsciously guided us in our lives.

Resist the urge to rush through the journaling process. There will be days when you write more. And some days, you may journal less. You do not necessarily have to journal everyday as long as it is a consistent regular schedule.
